About The Position

The Maintenance Supervisor (Structures) is responsible for scheduling manpower to accomplish assigned structural maintenance activities, coordinating with other departments for a smooth workflow, and ensuring compliance with GMM, RSM, and FAA regulations. This role also involves coordinating with engineering to resolve structural issues, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and recommending improvements to enhance performance and quality. The position requires the ability to travel, work overtime, weekends, and days off, and necessitates an FAA Airframe license.

Requirements

• Must be able to travel, work overtime, weekends & days off.
• FAA Airframe license required.
• Ability to read, write and understand spoken and written English.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to give verbal and written direction to assigned staff.

Responsibilities

• Schedule manpower to accomplish assigned structural maintenance activities
• Coordinate with other departments as necessary to ensure a smooth and continuous workflow.
• Ensure that GMM, RSM, and FAA regulations and procedures are followed.
• Coordinate with engineering to resolve structural issues beyond the scope of FAA approved/accepted repair data.
• Keep a clean and safe work area at all times. Ensure that waste materials, oils, alodine, and other fluids are properly handled.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Structures Manager or Assistant Structures Manager.
• Interface with the Structures Manager to recommend improvements needed to increase performance and quality.
