About The Position

As the Maintenance Supervisor - Level 3, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and executing all facility-maintenance actions, providing technical oversight for both preventive maintenance and emergent repairs. Your responsibilities will include leading day-to-day maintenance and repair teams for infrastructure, production machinery, and equipment, managing contractor performance, and ensuring timely response to emergency service requests. You will also develop and execute preventive-maintenance plans that support manufacturing operations and infrastructure reliability, and ensure all personnel and contractors comply with company policies, OSHA, AQMD, fire-alarm, NEC, and NEMA regulations. Maintaining safety, quality, and job-performance standards for the facilities-maintenance workforce is also a key aspect of this role.

Requirements

  • Experience in multiple Plant Engineering (maintenance) disciplines required to maintain an industrial manufacturing facility including real property, infrastructure, and production related machinery and equipment.
  • Experience with at least three of the following disciplines: electrical, electronic, mechanical, HVAC/R, plumbing, central plant operations, fire suppression/detection systems, and sanitation services.
  • Prior leadership experience
  • MAXIMO or any CMMS system
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance
  • MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
  • The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.

Nice To Haves

  • Must have strong experience directing and managing bargaining unit (Union) employees in adherence with company policies and collective bargaining agreement/s.
  • Significant experience servicing and repairing industrial infrastructure or production machinery.
  • Significant electrical and/or mechanical experience in an industrial/commercial setting.
  • Familiarity with Building Automations Systems and software
  • PC skills
