As part of the talented Boston Whaler team, the Maintenance Supervisor III is a senior frontline maintenance leader responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and performance of manufacturing equipment, facilities, and supporting systems within a high-volume marine manufacturing environment. This role leads a team of maintenance technicians and skilled trades employees while driving preventative and predictive maintenance strategies that maximize equipment uptime, minimize downtime, and support uninterrupted production operations. The Maintenance Supervisor III provides technical leadership and hands-on problem solving for complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. This position is accountable for equipment reliability, maintenance planning, asset management, facility upkeep, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, productivity, and operational performance. The ideal candidate is a proactive maintenance professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, excels at troubleshooting and root cause analysis, and is passionate about developing maintenance teams while implementing best practices that improve equipment performance and extend asset life. This role partners closely with Operations, Engineering, and Facilities teams to ensure Boston Whaler's manufacturing equipment and infrastructure operate safely, efficiently, and reliably.
