About The Position
Housing Visions is seeking a Maintenance Superintendent for their Rome office. This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position with a work schedule of Monday through Thursday from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm, and Friday from 7:00 am to 11:00 am. The role requires on-call availability for evenings and weekends. The salary range is $24-$26 per hour, depending on experience (DOE).
Requirements
- Must have valid driver's license
Responsibilities
- Manage maintenance and upkeep of property
- Maintains safe and organized work environment
- Orders materials for assigned work
- Diagnose/repair/replace all building systems to include HVAC, electrical, septic, fixtures and appliances and inspections
- Janitorial tasks
- Turnovers
- Maintains grounds
- Other duties
