About The Position
Housing Visions is looking for great people to join our team! This Maintenance Superintendent position is a Full Time benefit eligible position, Monday – Thursday 7:00 am - 4:30pm, Friday 7:00am-11:00am, must be available for on-call for evenings and weekends at our Auburn property located at 92 Clark St. Reporting to the Property Manager, the Maintenance Superintendent will perform a wide variety of: Electrical Plumbing Carpentry General building maintenance and repair functions related to the care and maintenance of Housing Visions residential units.

- Must be available for on-call for evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Perform a wide variety of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance and repair functions related to the care and maintenance of Housing Visions residential units.
- Occasional night and weekend hours.
- Must take on call hours.
