About The Position

Responsible for coordinating and/or providing preventive and routine maintenance and repair to agency facilities and vehicles for all program sites. Also responsible for purchasing needed items for repairs and providing maintenance training. On call as required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to annual TB test.
• Valid Driver's license from state of residence.
• Ability to operate motor vehicle for 15 passengers or less.
• Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, writing, reading, communication, counting, running, and smelling.
• Very heavy lifting with assistance.
• Visual acuity must be accurate to write and read small print and record data.
• Subject to both indoor and outdoor environments.
• May be subject to temperature extremes of heat and cold for short time periods.
• Subject to noise and hazards including the possibility of physical assault, property destruction, and infections.
• Subject to wear protective clothing to prevent exposure to infection.
