About The Position

Barry Apartments, located in Palatka, Florida has an immediate opening for a Full-Time
Maintenance Staff. Chosen applicant will assist in the responsibility and accountability of all
maintenance tasks to include monthly lawn care. Individuals are responsible to ensure the
proper performance/completion of all maintenance and service functions on property. This job
requires organizational skills, excellent communication skills and strong working knowledge of
maintenance skills. This position demands good physical and mental health, ability to
walk/stand for long periods of time, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. High school
diploma, Three or more years' experience in property maintenance. Must have own
transportation and hold a valid driver's license. Must clear a criminal background check.
Computer skills are a plus.
