About The Position

Crisp Container Company is hiring a Maintenance Specialist to join their team. This role is responsible for ensuring equipment runs smoothly through preventative maintenance, troubleshooting breakdowns, documenting activities, collaborating with other departments, and adhering to safety protocols. The position is full-time and operates on the night shift from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in industrial maintenance or a related field
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Keep equipment running smoothly with routine inspections and repairs.
• Quickly fix equipment breakdowns to keep production rolling.
• Keep detailed records of all maintenance activities.
• Work with production and other departments to meet maintenance needs.
• Follow safety protocols and keep your work area clean and organized.
