Join us and help run what runs the world. This position reports to: Maintenance Supervisor. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the processes in maintaining and preserving the efficiency of all equipment, production lines, and/or facilities, resulting in the optimization of technical and financial resources. Each day, you will oversee execution of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities. You will also showcase your expertise by managing and updating technical documentation of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities. The work model for the role is: #LI-onsite. This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions in Pinetops, NC.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
2+ years working as a maintenance technician.
Data Analysis & Reporting experience.
Knowledge of Engineering & Manufacturing Processes.
Planned Maintenance & Backlog and Specialist Technical & Engineering Skills.
Knowledge and use of tools – tape measure, calipers, grinders, or other hand tools, as needed.
Ability to safely use a ladder while performing the job, as needed.
Ability to lift, push and pull up to 40lbs.
Candidates must already have work authorization to work in the US.

Responsibilities

Working with the engineering and management team to specify maintenance plans for new production lines.
Consulting on ways to improve reliability, maintainability, and safety.
Solving major technical, equipment or facilities challenges to achieve higher performance of the production lines.
Reacting promptly to any emergencies, breakdowns, malfunctions, or other problems to minimize disruption to production.
Proposing improvements for processes and production lines aimed at reducing maintenance and optimizing operational and energy efficiency.
Implementing health, safety and environmental guidelines and directive.
