About The Position

The Maintenance Technician / Specialist is responsible for executing daily preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations. This role involves troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment failures promptly, with a strong focus on injection molding and robotic painting systems. The position also requires accurate documentation of all maintenance activities, work orders, and spare parts usage using the CMMS, and supporting 5S, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and continuous improvement projects on the production floor. Strict adherence to all safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and machine guarding procedures, is mandatory.

Requirements

Proven hands-on experience in the electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair of injection molding machines and painting line robots.
Solid overall experience in industrial maintenance, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
1 to 3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (Automotive preferred).
High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

Basic knowledge of PLCs, sensors, industrial controls, and robotics programming/maintenance is highly preferred.
Associate degree or technical certification in industrial maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities
