About The Position

Performs skilled activities which support manufacturing business needs. Selects and uses appropriate tools, machinery and specialty equipment. Learns and understands the protocols of working safely with electricity and other energy sources with industrial equipment. May work independently and instruct or coach others. In this role, you will make an impact by ensuring safety, compliance and reporting, environmental stewardship, quality craftsmanship, preventive maintenance, continuous improvement, team collaboration, and training and development.

Requirements

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
Candidates must possess direct experience in Maintenance of various CNC machines, Forging presses, Furnaces, SPM, Robots etc.
The candidate must exhibit a thorough understanding of hydraulic systems, mechanical drawings, CNC machine architecture and maintenance technique.
Familiarity with forging presses and billet heating systems is essential.
Adherence to safety norms and guidelines.

Nice To Haves

Firsthand experience with Fanuc robots is considered an added advantage.
