About The Position

The Maintenance Specialist I performs general maintenance, grounds maintenance, repairs, security rounds, monitoring, inspecting, transportation service and preventive maintenance, assist with installations/ repairs and renovations, to provide continuous services and a safe environment that is efficient and effective operation for the buildings throughout the campus.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training
  • Valid driver’s license
