About The Position

We are seeking a dependable, skilled Maintenance Specialist I to support the upkeep, safety, and functionality of our program locations. Responsibilities

• Perform basic building repairs, including painting, wall and window repair, minor plumbing repairs, general carpentry, and lighting and air conditioner replacement.
• Perform outside maintenance as needed, including gutter cleaning, brush removal, and bush trimming.
• Assist with larger maintenance and renovation projects.
• Perform general landscaping at residential and commercial sites as needed, including mowing, raking, mulching, seasonal planting, and power washing buildings and other surfaces.
• Assist with larger landscape design projects and perform shoveling of walks, drives, and other areas as needed.
• Assume additional responsibilities consistent with organizational needs.
