About The Position
Ramona Flea Market is hiring a Full-Time Maintenance Tech to join our team! This position is responsible for the oversight of maintenance, site services and the safety regulations of the market.
Requirements

- Must be able to walk for a long period of time
- Able to lift anywhere between 25lbs. - 40lbs.
Responsibilities
- Plans and implements safety policies.
- Ensures the marketplace is in compliance with local, state and federal, OSHA regulations.
- Inspects facilities to detect existing or potential accident and health hazards.
- Determines corrective or preventative measures for health hazards.
- Fills out and submits accident reports required by regulatory agencies.
- Trains team members to meet and follow safety standards.
- Implements corrective action plans if safety standards are not met.
- Supervises maintenance, site services, and mechanical team members to ensure all daily duties are completed.
- Oversees the repair and maintenance of equipment to ensure safe operation.
- Evaluates labor needs and schedules team members accordingly.
- Operates heavy equipment.
- Ensures employees have the correct certification to run heavy equipment, drive company vehicles and golf carts.
- Oversees event execution and operations.
- Manages all projects within department and facilitate instruction as needed.
- Drives golf carts and company vehicles.
- Performs activities of those supervised.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
