Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on plant maintenance experience in a regulated good manufacturing practice environment.
  • Prior experience supervising or coordinating maintenance activities within a production or manufacturing setting.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control system components.
  • Experience working in cleanroom or controlled environments with strict quality and safety standards.
  • Proficiency using computerized maintenance management systems, building management systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to interpret technical documents including process and instrumentation diagrams, wiring diagrams, and equipment specifications.
  • Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds, and work in physically demanding environments as required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred.
  • Experience supporting aseptic fill and finish operations and associated manufacturing equipment in a regulated environment.
  • Experience working in radiopharmacy or radioactive materials environments, including completed training in radioactive or hazardous materials and familiarity with radiation detection equipment support.
  • English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support execution of corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance and calibration activities across production equipment.
  • Perform and coordinate maintenance and repair of manufacturing and laboratory equipment in a regulated environment.
  • Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and control system issues with minimal supervision.
  • Interpret process and instrumentation diagrams, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications to plan maintenance activities.
  • Support startup, commissioning, and transition to full 24x7 site-based operations.
  • Ensure ongoing maintenance support for continuous 24x7 manufacturing operations following site startup.
  • Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards during all maintenance activities.
  • Complete detailed work orders and maintain accurate documentation within computerized maintenance management systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance technicians and support skill development across the team.
  • Support investigations and deviations, contributing to timely closure of corrective and preventive actions.
