About The Position

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED Required
Valid Driver’s License Required.
3 years of hands-on maintenance experience in various fields, including HVAC, plumbing, and general maintenance technician work.
Ability to obtain required security clearance.
Availability for on-call work, including occasional evenings and weekends.
Ability to work rotational shifts.

Nice To Haves

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years’ experience in Airport Maintenance services.
Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee and work alongside the team in daily maintenance operations, including scheduling, work orders, safety, and materials.
Provide direct hands on support, guidance, and on-the-job training to team members.
Foster strong working relationships to enhance team and customer satisfaction.
Promote a culture of safety by leading new employee safety training and conducting quality control inspections on maintenance activities.
Support Operational Managers in monitoring and improving operational performance.
Develop and maintain processes and documentation to enhance operational efficiency.
