About The Position

We are looking for a talented Maintenance Shift Lead – 2nd Shift to join our team specializing in Logistics for our Cummins Inc. facility in Ladson, SC. In this role, you will make an impact by maintaining an unwavering commitment to safety by identifying hazards, following HSE requirements, using PPE, and immediately reporting risks, incidents, and injuries. You will protect people and the environment by correcting hazards within your control, supporting coworkers, and minimizing environmental impacts. You will deliver high-quality workmanship that consistently meets specifications, standards, procedures, and inspection requirements. You will maximize equipment reliability through effective preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance while supporting failure analysis. You will drive continuous improvement by identifying constraints, solving problems, raising quality concerns, and implementing practical solutions. You will serve as a technical leader and resource by coordinating work, sharing expertise, and supporting the development of less experienced team members. Cummins is an equal opportunity employer.
