This opportunity is for an aircraft maintenance professional with technical expertise, leadership capability, safety awareness, and the ability to coordinate workflow across multiple aircraft and technicians. The role supports the maintenance supervisor and acts as a go-to person on the hangar floor. The Maintenance Shift Lead is responsible for performing maintenance as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or Night Shift Supervisor and ensuring efficient use of time by technicians to manage a cohesive workflow and achieve maintenance goals. This role is also responsible for ensuring technicians comply with all company policies and procedures in company manuals, in addition to applicable federal regulations and guidelines.
