About The Position
We are looking for a passionate Maintenance Service Technician to join our GO team and help manage incredible communities. This role involves ensuring apartment homes are ready for new residents, participating in an after-hours emergency team, ordering and managing supplies, and partnering with Property Managers on various tasks. The ideal candidate has a leadership mindset, is passionate about exceptional service, possesses drive and excellent communication skills, and is willing to get their hands dirty. A flexible work week, including some weekend coverage, is required. General maintenance experience, with knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical, is essential.

Responsibilities
- Reviewing make-ready checklists to ensure all apartment homes are ready for the new resident(s).
- Being a part of the after-hours emergency team to keep communities running 24/7.
- Ordering and keeping inventory of supplies and parts in a well-kept maintenance shop.
- Partnering with Property Managers to obtain bids and negotiate prices for repairs.
