About The Position

We are a group of passionate people in the business of managing incredible communities, and we are the GO team! This role is responsible for ensuring apartment homes are ready for new residents, participating in an after-hours emergency team, partnering with Property Managers on repairs, and managing inventory of supplies and parts.

Requirements

• General maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical.
• Flexibility and availability for a flexible work week, including some weekend coverage.
• Dependability and safety consciousness.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing make-ready checklists to ensure all apartment homes are ready for the new resident(s).
• Keeping communities running 24/7 by being a part of the after-hours emergency team.
• Partnering with Property Managers to obtain bids and negotiate prices for repairs.
• Ordering and keeping inventory of supplies and parts in a well-kept maintenance shop.
