About The Position

We are a group of passionate people managing incredible communities, and we are the GO team! As a Maintenance Service Technician, your typical day might include reviewing make-ready checklists to ensure apartment homes are ready for new residents, contributing to a 5-star Google review. You will be part of our after-hours emergency team, keeping our communities running 24/7. During the on-call rotation, you will proudly cruise around town in a company-provided vehicle for 7 days. You will also partner with Property Managers to obtain bids and negotiate prices for repairs, such as a tree branch on a garage roof. Additionally, you will be responsible for ordering and maintaining inventory of supplies and parts in a well-kept maintenance shop.

Requirements

General maintenance experience.
Knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical.
Dependable.
Safety conscious.
Flexible availability, including some weekend coverage.
Willing to get your hands dirty.
Believe the details matter and that if it's worth doing, it's worth doing right.
Enjoy learning new things and rolling with changes.
