About The Position
We are a group of passionate people in the business of managing incredible communities, and we are the GO team! This role involves ensuring apartment homes are ready for new residents, participating in an after-hours emergency team, and managing inventory and supplies.
Requirements
- General maintenance experience.
- Knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical.
- Dependable and safety conscious.
- Flexible work week, including some weekend coverage.
- Leadership mindset.
- Drive and excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to get your hands dirty.
- Belief that details matter and work should be done right.
- Enjoy learning new things and rolling with changes.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing make-ready checklists to ensure all apartment homes are ready for the new resident(s).
- Keeping communities running 24/7 by being a part of the after-hours emergency team.
- Partnering with Property Managers to obtain bids and negotiate prices for repairs.
- Ordering and keeping inventory of supplies and parts in a well-kept maintenance shop.
