As a Maintenance Service Technician I with PCB Piezotronics, Inc., you will will work independently and proficiently machine maintenance ability to work on mechanical and electrical repairs. Trouble shooting.

Requirements

  • High school graduate; or GED; or BOCES Machine Shop classes; or Skilled trade school graduate
  • 6 to 12 months of machine repair or machine shop experience
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology prior to beginning work.

Nice To Haves

  • 1 year of Machine Shop Experience

Responsibilities

  • With assistance, evaluate repair requests to determine course of action and/or parts required.
  • Coordinates repair schedule with supervisor to minimize equipment down time.
  • Confer with machine manufacturer for troubleshooting.
  • Complete all required paperwork and updates service records as needed.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting with assistance.
  • Complete preventative maintenance and maintain schedule as directed.
  • Performs other related duties as directed.
