Requirements

Minimum 3 years of related experience
Knowledge of HVAC troubleshooting, appliance repair, plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, and irrigation
Must be available for on-call duty for emergencies

Nice To Haves

HVAC or EPA Certification preferred
Pool operation experience a plus

Responsibilities

Performing routine and major maintenance repairs for apartments, common areas, and grounds.
Handling service requests promptly (goal: within one business day).
Completing turnkey work for vacant units-paint, repairs, lock changes, inspections, and vendor coordination.
Maintaining an organized, stocked maintenance shop.
Performing preventive maintenance inspections on all systems and structures.
Maintaining pool equipment, landscaping, irrigation systems, and exterior areas.
Participating in on-call rotations for 24-hour emergency maintenance.
Ensuring compliance with the Fair Housing Act and company standards at all times.
