Requirements
- Must be able to effectively communicate with residents and staff.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English.
- Ability to lift 30 pounds.

Responsibilities
- Assists in maintaining proper levels of materials and supplies for the campus to ensure the timely and efficient completion of necessary tasks.
- Completes all work orders in a timely manner while providing detailed information regarding the task(s) performed along with all prescribed/pertinent equipment information.
- Performs general housekeeping duties of hallways and common areas as directed by supervisor and may be assigned floor tech.
