The Maintenance/Security Services person is responsible for the repairs and maintenance of non-medical equipment as well as the routine upkeep of the physical structure of the building. This person will also perform security rounds to maintain integrity of the building and safety of patient and staff as well as coordinating patient activities with nursing staff as needed.

Requirements

Must be able to work independently
Must be customer service oriented
Able to adhere to our mission and maintain company policies
Ability to provide documentation that demonstrates employment eligibility as required by the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986
Passage of a drug test
Passage of a physical test

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a medical setting preferred
Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
Minimum of five years related experience and/or training
Equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities
