About The Position

MaxAir Mechanical is a leading Atlanta commercial HVAC service company focused on providing efficient HVAC systems through service, design-retrofit, and control solutions. We offer comprehensive maintenance, emergency services, and project work for commercial, industrial, and public sector clients.

Requirements

  • Successful track record of finding, qualifying, and closing new business primarily through cold calls and self-generated leads.
  • Aggressive hunter mentality for prospecting and cold calling.
  • Experience with numerous phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn invites.
  • Ability to conduct 4-6 meetings per week.
  • Ability to close 1 agreement contract per week.
  • Strong ability to form relationships and build trust.
  • Professional demeanor and act as the single point of contact for prospects.
  • Flexibility to adapt to different situations with ease.
  • Intelligent and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Track record of being organized, efficient, and able to manage a high number of suspects and prospects.
  • Not conflict adverse; strong skill sets in managing conflicts.
  • Trainable, coachable, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Build your own client list through cold calling, prospecting, and a "hunter" mentality.
  • Prospect for new maintenance agreement customers by cold-calling, dropping in, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Prepare agreement proposals and close new business.
  • Turn over new customers to an internal account manager after closing the business.
  • Make presentations to prospective customers and sell value persuasively.
  • Form relationships and build trust quickly.
  • Manage conflicts effectively to strengthen relationships.
  • Manage a high number of suspects and prospects at different stages of the sales funnel.
  • Be trainable, coachable, and willing to learn through success and failure.
