Requirements
- One year of experience or training in the building construction trades, building maintenance, maintenance or repair of mechanical equipment, or park operations and grounds maintenance; OR Six semester hours in construction management, construction technology, or engineering, or any combination of these courses.

Responsibilities
- Maintenance and repairs to buildings, facilities, and furniture which includes the assembling of furniture, cabinets, shelves, etc., installation of furniture where designated, and minor repair to furniture if damaged.
- Maintenance to buildings which includes the pickup and delivery of surplus property.
- Setup and maintenance of equipment to include the setup and teardown of stages.
- Setup and maintenance of equipment to include the setup of tents.
