About The Position

The primary responsibility of the Industrial Machine Shop Maintenance role is to support the day-to-day activities associated with all aspects of manufacturing operations, including but not limited to installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery and equipment throughout the facility.

Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and group communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience working in a manufacturing environment in a maintenance / technical role is preferred
Experience with equipment installs and modifications in a manufacturing environment
Experience working with CNC machines is preferred
Preferred experience working in CAD
Preferred additive OEM and FSE experience

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair CNC equipment as needed
To maintain and improve the safe working environment on the shop floor and its surrounding areas.
To establish a proactive and reactive maintenance program.
To actively participate in our safety program
Fill machine oils, Empty chip hoppers, Sweep/run floor scrubber
Clean coolant tanks, burr benches
Troubleshoot/repair machines
Building maintenance, Lighting, Electrical, Plumbing, Painting
Maintain outside, parking lot, and dock area
