Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Certification or documentation confirming knowledge relating to Electrical, HVAC or Plumbing
  • 1-2 years experience in Electrical, HVAC, or Plumbing

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine, emergency and preventive maintenance activities proactively and proficiently.
  • Specialize in one or more of the following trades: Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, or Fire Suppression.
  • Support operation, inspection, and processes to all electrical, mechanical, fire suppression, and equipment systems in the facilities.
  • Provide some direct patient care.
  • Carry out daily activities under guidance and direction of the Manager and Director.
  • Work collaboratively with all patients, visitors, and staff to provide a warm, welcoming, safe, and professional atmosphere.
