Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Certification or documentation confirming knowledge relating to Electrical, HVAC or Plumbing
- 1-2 years experience in Electrical, HVAC, or Plumbing
Responsibilities
- Perform routine, emergency and preventive maintenance activities proactively and proficiently.
- Specialize in one or more of the following trades: Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, or Fire Suppression.
- Support operation, inspection, and processes to all electrical, mechanical, fire suppression, and equipment systems in the facilities.
- Provide some direct patient care.
- Carry out daily activities under guidance and direction of the Manager and Director.
- Work collaboratively with all patients, visitors, and staff to provide a warm, welcoming, safe, and professional atmosphere.
