Requirements

• Experience in general maintenance and repairs
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be able to supply your own tools and CSA steel-toed boots
• Mandatory requirement to be clean shaven to wear a respirator as required
• A technology-savvy skillset with the ability to work within multiple programs and systems at the same time via mobile phone
• Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style to meet resident needs
• A desire for continuous learning, growth, and career development
