Requirements

  • Ability to analyze complex data and identify trends.
  • Strong skills in diagnosing issues and developing effective solutions.
  • Understanding of engineering principles and maintenance practices.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with various teams and present findings.
  • Ability to manage projects and coordinate with different departments.
  • Familiarity with reliability software tools and systems.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Predictive Maintenance or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze equipment failure data to identify patterns and potential issues.
  • Conduct investigations to determine the root causes of equipment failures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to prevent equipment failures and improve reliability.
  • Work with maintenance and engineering teams to integrate new technologies and methods.
  • Design and execute reliability tests to ensure equipment meets safety and performance standards.
  • Prepare reports and documentation to record findings and recommend improvements.
  • Identify and manage risks that can impact the reliability of assets and business operations.
