We are seeking a skilled Maintenance & Reliability Technician to support our manufacturing operations in Maumee, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and improving a wide range of production equipment while ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
  • Experience using SAP CMMS or similar computerized maintenance management systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals
  • Knowledge of electrical systems, pipe fitting, and industrial mechanics
  • Experience working with: Pumps (diaphragm and centrifugal), Gearboxes, belts, chains, bearings, couplings, shafts, motors, and hydraulic systems, 480V three-phase electrical systems, motor controls, and low-voltage circuits, Air compressor systems, including filters, regulators, dryers, and lubricators
  • Strong math aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

  • Five (5) or more years of industrial maintenance experience
  • Technical school diploma or related technical training
  • PLC software experience

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine, preventive, predictive, and emergency maintenance on production equipment
  • Troubleshoot equipment failures and respond with urgency to minimize downtime
  • Repair, replace, install, and modify machine components and systems
  • Maintain and calibrate electronic, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical equipment
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, equipment manuals, and work orders
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and equipment reliability
  • Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate spare parts inventory records
  • Communicate repair status, project updates, and equipment needs with plant personnel
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all company safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements and OSHA standards
