About The Position

This role supervises plant supplies and supply room clerks/parts runners in both PSVB & PSR. The Maintenance Reliability Supervisor is directly responsible for parts inventory quantities, preventive maintenance and work order scheduling, review and setup. The position involves supervising supply rooms across multiple shifts and locations, scheduling and coordinating preventive maintenance activities, monitoring completion rates, ensuring proper documentation, and managing parts ordering and inventory levels. The role also includes scheduling PMs for external service companies and tracking vendor equipment repairs.

Requirements

Must be able to speak, read and write in English.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions and procedure manuals.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form.
Basic knowledge of computers and the ability to input data into a computer.
Lift up to 50 pounds as needed during the shift
Stand and/or walk for the duration of the shift
Use hands to finger, grip, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms
Talk and hear
Occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
Close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus

Responsibilities

Supervise PSVB & PSR Supply rooms – Van Buren plant shifts 1, 2, & 3; Rogers plant Shifts 1 & 2.
Schedule preventive maintenance activities for production equipment, utilities, facility systems & building infrastructure.
Coordinate PM schedules with production management and maintenance personnel to minimize operational disruptions.
Monitor PM & WO completion rates and address overdue or missed activities.
Review and ensure all maintenance records are properly documented within Reliability PM system.
Ensure necessary parts, tools and materials are available before scheduled PM/WO work begins.
Assist with Maintenance parts and PM parts ordering.
Work with purchasing and inventory personnel to maintain appropriate spare parts levels.
Schedule PMs assigned to external service companies.
Manage and track all vendor equipment repairs.
