About The Position

This role focuses on improving equipment performance and reducing failures through data-driven reliability initiatives. The successful candidate will be a strong technical and people leader, adept at balancing daily operations with long-term reliability strategy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, Maintenance Management, or an equivalent combination of education and 15+ years of manufacturing maintenance and/or operations experience.
  • 7+ years of industrial maintenance, reliability, or engineering experience.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience.
  • Proven success improving equipment reliability and reducing unplanned downtime.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance planning/scheduling.
  • Strong Root Cause Analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to analyze OEE, MTBF, MTTR, downtime, and maintenance cost metrics.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments.
  • Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) experience.
  • Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma experience.
  • Predictive Maintenance experience.
  • Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) experience.
  • PLC and controls knowledge.
  • Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification.
  • Experience in a union manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize downtime, failure, OEE, MTBF, MTTR, and maintenance cost data to prioritize reliability initiatives and drive data-based decisions.
  • Establish and strengthen preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs to improve equipment performance and reduce failures.
