About The Position

As a Maintenance Project Coordinator at Roofstock, you will serve as the project coordinator for all aspects of the turnover maintenance process. You will coordinate all routine repairs with vendors, ensure stakeholders are informed of project timelines, and be trained on proprietary software and property management business practices. The role requires strong project coordination skills and enthusiasm to help maximize owner investments and provide residents with desirable homes. This is a temporary position through the end of September 2026.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
  • Previous property management, vendor management and/or utility management experience preferred.
  • Technical proficiency including Google Applications, Microsoft Office Applications, and Slack preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage occupied service requests from end-to-end, including creating a scope of work and securing owner approval, to ensure prompt issue resolution.
  • Ensure all necessary information is received, such as status updates, photos, estimates, and invoices.
  • Communicate with vendors and internal teams, and assign technicians to address requests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by attending to turnover service requests and vendor service calls within SLA guidelines and in compliance with company policy.
  • Manage all electronic record keeping related to repairs and maintenance, including internal and vendor communications, resident damages, and other pertinent information.
  • Ensure non-covered items are completed by the resident or billed back to the resident.
  • Coordinate inter-departmentally to receive necessary approvals for turnover service requests, provide updates, and serve as a resource for Property Management teams.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
