We are looking for a Maintenance Porter to join our crew at a large, lively student housing community. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented role where you will handle a variety of tasks, including light maintenance, painting, trash pickup, and groundskeeping. You will also assist with apartment turns to prepare units for new residents. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working with their hands, and being part of a supportive team.
