About The Position

As a Maintenance Porter, you will be responsible for keeping the facility safe, clean, and maintained to Easy, Clean, Service standards. The role primarily focuses on maintenance and upkeep, with occasional opportunities to assist Mandarin-speaking guests with basic communication or translation.

Requirements

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Comfortable performing basic repairs and maintenance tasks
• Strong communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Mandarin Chinese language skills are preferred (ability to assist with basic translation when needed)

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of the facility (floors, walls, restrooms, office spaces, and exterior areas)
• Complete routine and light maintenance tasks, including painting, wall patching, latch installations, corner guard repairs, and lock cutting
• Assist with snow removal, flood remediation, and other seasonal or urgent needs
