Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of the facility (floors, walls, restrooms, office spaces, exterior)
- Complete routine and light maintenance tasks: painting, wall patching, latch installations, corner guard repair, cutting locks
- Assist with snow removal, flood remediation, and other seasonal or urgent needs.
