About The Position
This is a Union Position. The Maintenance Porter will be responsible for handling immediate maintenance and janitorial needs of the assigned facility. This includes daily routine and non-routine maintenance control for specific areas of the building such as floors, walls, restrooms, office space, and the facility exterior.
Requirements
- Must be able to perform immediate maintenance and janitorial tasks.
- Must be able to perform routine and non-routine maintenance.
- Must be able to cut locks.
- Must be able to paint.
- Must be able to perform light handyman work.
- Must be able to install latches.
- Must be able to perform flood remediation.
- Must be able to perform snow removal.
- Must be able to repair corner guards.
- Must be able to patch walls.
