About The Position

TruPark USA specializes in managing premier parking facilities across South Florida. Join our team and grow your career in a supportive and professional environment. We are seeking a part-time Maintenance Associate that is reliable and proactive. They will ensure that our facilities remain clean, safe, and operational while also contributing to a positive customer experience. The Maintenance staff collaborates with colleagues, the Parking Manager, Building Management to consistently uphold high standards.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
At least 1 year of experience in maintenance or custodial work.
Problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to operate maintenance equipment and perform physically demanding tasks.
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a variety of weather conditions.

Nice To Haves

3 years preferred experience in maintenance or custodial work.
Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and removing debris.
Conduct basic maintenance, including equipment checks, minor repairs, and preventative measures.
Use tools and equipment such as pressure washers, sweepers, blowers and other cleaning devices.
Assist with tasks such as painting, power washing, and other general upkeep activities.
Complete special assignments as directed by management.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and notify management of necessary repairs or supplies.
Consistently represent TruPark with professionalism and courtesy.
Assist customers and team members by addressing concerns or providing directions as needed.
Communicate any potential safety or maintenance issues promptly.
