Arc Herkimer is looking for a dependable Maintenance PM Technician to help maintain our buildings, equipment, and grounds while supporting our mission of empowering people with disabilities and enriching lives throughout our community.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED preferred
- Basic knowledge of tools and techniques necessary to perform scheduled preventative maintenance of physical plant, property and equipment owned or operated by the agency.
- Arc Herkimer approvable driver’s license required.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance on buildings and equipment
- Report safety concerns and follow safety procedures
- Assist with seasonal duties, including snow removal such as shoveling or snow blowing
- Complete required documentation and work collaboratively with staff
