This role supports the development of maintenance packages and reliability programs required to establish effective asset management plans during facility design, construction, and commissioning. In this client-facing consulting role, the Maintenance Planning Manager collaborates with engineering teams, project leadership, and client stakeholders to ensure maintenance programs are integrated into project delivery and aligned with operational readiness requirements. Responsibilities include maintenance planning, reliability analysis, spare parts strategy, and CMMS implementation to support long-term facility operations. The role also contributes to Project Farma’s project delivery objectives by ensuring maintenance planning activities support successful project execution while aligning with the company’s Patient Focused and People First culture.
