About The Position

Tata Consulting Engineers USA, LLC, (TCE), is a multi-disciplinary engineering organization offering a full range of integrated engineering design, project support, procurement and construction management services to the energy and chemicals industries. This position is for a Maintenance Scheduler for a client site in Dayton, Texas.

Requirements

• SAP Hana Experience.
• Adobe DC Distiller.
• Maintenance Scheduling experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages the maintenance workload by scheduling planned jobs through the coordination of resource and equipment availability with consideration for Operation’s priorities.
• Reviews completed work orders to ensure anything that was not 100% done is set up for reschedule.
• Generates 3-month look-ahead to assist Operations in providing scheduling windows for downtime.
• Produces weekly reports necessary for monthly KPI tracking.
• Schedules 3rd party repairs with external vendors for corrective and preventative work.
• Point person for all 3rd party rental needs.
• Maintains maintenance records.
• Creates notifications, closes work orders, requests quotes, and performs other duties as requested by the Manager.
