About The Position

Help keep our operation running at its best! We're looking for a detail-oriented Maintenance Planner to coordinate maintenance schedules, manage work orders, oversee vendor relationships, perform routine facility and equipment inspections, track compliance activities, and support equipment reliability initiatives. Prioritize, plan, schedule, coordinate, and follow up all plannable and predictive maintenance work performed within the facility and/or on Lineage or customer assets including labor, parts and material, and equipment access while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 2 years’ data entry experience and/or 2 years’ fleet maintenance coordination or related experience
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suit
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize work to ensure timely deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to input data with a high accuracy rating and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear
  • Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed or on a rotational basis
  • Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with maintenance planning, scheduling, or industrial operations preferred
  • CMMS/EAM experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate maintenance activities and vendor services
  • Schedule resources and communicate planned facility or equipment shutdowns
  • Manage CMMS/EAM work orders, metrics, and reporting
  • Track compliance records and audit action items
  • Support safety and environmental programs
  • Perform routine inspections and maintain accurate documentation
