About The Position

You will be responsible for keeping our facility clean, organized, safe and fully operational. You will handle routine building maintenance, service specialized body equipment, manage waste disposal and support overall workflow.

Requirements

• Experience in general facility maintenance, industrial cleaning or automotive shop environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, bend, kneel and work in varied temperatures (hot summers, cold winters)
• Have a strong work ethic, self motivated, organized and attentive to details.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required for moving shop vehicles/ parts retrieval)

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on shop machinery, including air compressors and lifts.
• Clean and inspect spray booths regularly, replace intake/exhaust filters on schedule.
• Inspect, clean, and organize shared equipment.
• Safely store, handle, hazardous materials (paint waste, solvent, used oil, batteries and shop towels)
• Keep all walkways, fire exits, and electrical panels clear of clutter.
