As a Maintenance Parts Coordinator, you'll join a team helping build one of the industry's most advanced manufacturing operations. In this role, you'll help keep a world-class facility running by ensuring critical maintenance parts and supplies are available when they are needed most. You'll partner closely with maintenance, operations, and suppliers to solve problems, minimize downtime, and support equipment reliability. Requirements

Are 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
Have a state and/or US Department of Education accredited high school diploma, GED Grade 12 certificate.
3+ years of warehousing, logistics, inventory control, parts room operations, or a related materials management environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Experience utilizing SAP or similar ERP systems, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage purchasing, inventory, and material transactions accurately.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships, collaborate across functions, provide timely updates, drive effective problem resolution, and inform, engage, and influence a diverse range of internal and external partners.
Can pass a pre-employment assessment and a pre-employment drug + background screening
Can pass post-offer / pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT)

Responsibilities

Manage the procurement and replenishment of Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) parts, supplies, and spare components to support plant operations.
Maintain optimal inventory levels of critical maintenance spare parts while balancing operational needs and inventory costs.
Monitor material requirements planning (MRP) activity to ensure parts and supplies are available when needed for production, maintenance, and planned shutdowns.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal customers to expedite urgent orders, communicate delivery updates, and resolve supply chain issues.
Support machine reliability by quickly sourcing and securing parts during equipment breakdowns and emergency situations.
Analyze inventory health metrics, material usage trends, and stocking strategies to improve inventory performance and reduce shortages.
Manage material master data and inventory records within SAP, including new material setup, changes, and inventory transactions.
Lead or support refurbishment programs, obsolete inventory reviews, and continuous improvement efforts to maximize asset value and inventory efficiency.
Partner with maintenance, operations, procurement, and storeroom teams to ensure materials are available to meet production and reliability objectives.
Promote a safe, organized, and efficient storeroom environment through cycle counting, inventory accuracy, housekeeping, and continuous improvement activities.
