About The Position

As the Maintenance Parts Clerk you will be responsible to manage all incoming and outgoing maintenance parts/equipment for the facilities maintenance department. Requirements

• High School, General Education
• Minimum 2 years’ experience maintenance or inventory management.
• Must have a good command of the English language and be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing to internal and external customers.
• Must be able to climb, bend, reach and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs.)
• Able to use a personal computer and related Company software applications and electronic mail.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require The Coca-Cola Company's sponsorship to continue to work legally in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience with SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming and outgoing maintenance parts/equipment for the facilities maintenance department.
• Utilize the SAP purchasing process to systematically order and receive parts, ensuring they are physically received into the plant.
• Conduct daily audits and cycle counts, achieving a minimum of 250 items each week, and generate weekly and/or monthly parts inventory reports.
• Issue purchase orders for Maintenance and Operational supplies/parts and place orders for required parts.
• Communicate with vendors and contractors regarding delivery options, alternative parts selections, obtaining quotes, and other related matters; collaborate effectively with internal plant personnel.
• Assist with maintenance duties and perform other job-related tasks as needed.
• Ensure all parts required for plant equipment maintenance are available at the facility and counted accurately.
• Maintain accurate and real-time min/max part levels.
