About The Position
We are looking for a talented Maintenance Painter/Drywall Technician to become a part of our team. This position entails a range of responsibilities, including painting, texturing, drywall repair, and general maintenance tasks.
Requirements
- Detail oriented
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous hands-on maintenance experience
- Adherence to EPA, Hazmat, and OSHA safety regulations
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively
- Must pass HBM prescreen check
- Basic hand tools
- Mechanical aptitude
- Painting and Drywall experience required
- General preventative maintenance experience is required
- Troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English
- Good public relations skills and communication
- Customer service oriented
- Strong organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and improve
Nice To Haves
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
- Reliable vehicle
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
