The Maintenance Operator will perform general maintenance at the property, in HVAC, building operations, lights/tubes and ballast maintenance, light lenses, ceiling tiles, systems furniture, plumbing maintenance, snow removal and electrical/mechanical maintenance. This position will champion the JLL Culture of Communication, Collaboration and Trust while performing the following duties:

Basic Interpersonal skills demonstrating professionalism and commitment to service excellence
Basic verbal and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

1-2 years’ experience in general building repairs/operations preferred

Responsibilities

Respond to tenant and user service calls and complaints as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Change lights, tubes, and lenses as well as clean light fixtures.
Provide assistance as directed to other building operations staff in the areas of preventative maintenance, electrical maintenance, etc.
Provide maintenance services in the area of plumbing, i.e. fixtures, taps, washers, flush valves, etc.
Provide handyman services in the area of general repairs such as flooring, touch-up painting, locks and hardware, ceiling tiles, etc.
Perform routine inspection and maintain records on HVAC equipment.
Perform water treatment testing and analysis, adjust and modify chemical feed to ensure proper levels are being maintained.
Act as relief for other similar positions whose incumbent may be absent from time-to-time.
Complete custodial housekeeping tasks in the mechanical/electrical areas
Perform other related duties as required and assigned from time-to-time
